Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- From China Warehouse: Estimated 7–15 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance).
- From U.S. Warehouse (U.S. orders only): Estimated 3–7 business days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages

- For packages confirmed as lost in transit, we will assist with a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
