Return Conditions
- We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as customized or final sale products, are non-returnable.
- To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
