Refund & Return Policy

Return Conditions
  • We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as customized or final sale products, are non-returnable.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Return Process
  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving approval.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards.
